Meet Brian!
Owner, USCG Master Captain, Registered Guide and Outfitter: Brian was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and now makes his home 3 miles from his childhood residence. Born on the water, Brian has been running boats 20 years and grew up fishing the waters he now guides on. An expert in spin, conventional, and fly fishing, Brian puts forth 100% each and every time. His greatest joy is showing the Alaska he knows and loves to each and every one of our guests to make sure their once-in-a-lifetime or yearly trip the best to date! Safety + Fun = Success!!
Meet McKinley!
Born and raised in Anchorage, McKinley and Brian are high school sweethearts and after 10 years together married in July 2021. McKinley is the Co-Owner, lead photographer and is also a registered guide. In addition to guiding, she takes care of all business operations while Brian is in the field. Any information you get from her is as good as it gets! She catches fish when no one else does! If you hear screams of excitement on the water, it's likely her! Her bubbly personality is a match made in heaven for anyone looking to have a great time on the water! Most of the awesome nature pictures you see have been taken by McKinley.
Meet Ron!
The original inspiration behind Alaska Outdoors Addiction! With 50 YEARS of experience on Alaskan waters and wilderness, Ron is the epitome of what our team is! He is also our Kenai Peninsula specialist. From the world famous Kenai River to the halibut capital of the world in Homer, if Ron isn't catching fish, there aren't any to be caught! Flat-out, if the fish aren't there, neither is he! If you're looking for a little roadside action, this is the man to be with!
Meet Aidan!
The newest member of the Alaska Outdoors Addiction team, Aidan is our saltwater guru! With over 23 years of experience on charter boats running in PWS and the Gulf of Alaska, Aidan brings a lifetime of experience to Kodiak! Born to and raised by original charter operators based in Seward, Alaska, Aidan has saltwater and halibut blood coursing through his veins! Exuberant , adventurous, and passionate, Aidan is the epitome of Alaska Outdoors Addiction. If you land in Kodiak headed for our boat, you'll be in Aidan's wonderful, experienced hands!
Meet Brett!
Our freshwater guru, Brett holds his Near Coastal Endorsed USCG captains license. Whether it be trolling for king salmon, flyfishing for rainbow trout and arctic grayling, or floating bobbers for silvers, your trip with Brett is sure to be one to remember! He does whatever it takes to get you on the fish and show you a great trip on the water. A nonstop motor and a love for the outdoors, Brett encompasses what it means to be part of our team! We're excited to have him on board for all of your freshwater fantasies!
